Preseason Training Commences for 2010!

Preseason Training begins Wednesday 27th of January, 2010!

Wednesday 27th January – 8pm – L’ecole Elementary School – Map

Wednesday 3rd February – 8pm – Lord Tennyson School – Map

Wednesday 10th Ferbruary – 8pm – L’ecole Elementary School – Map

Wednesday 17th Ferbruary – 8pm – L’ecole Elementary School – Map

Wednesday 24th Ferbruary – 8pm – L’ecole Elementary School – Map

Cost: $5 per session, or $20 for all of preseason.

What to Bring: Runners, water.

There is free parking at the Elementary School inside their carpark. The Gym is located at the back (south-west corner) of the school.

Preseason Training to Commence in late January 2010

Hope everyone is enjoying the off-season.

We will be announcing preseason training schedule early in the new year.

The plan will be to have the first 5 weeks indoors, then we’ll move it outside as weather and light allows.
